What do I have to do to be part of your data base?
To be part of our data base you will need to send us your curriculum vitae and complete the evaluation process in VMSelección office.
Why do I have to do the evaluations?
The psychologist and psychometrics test that VMSelección uses in our applicants are necessary to know the abilities and personal attitudes they have. Using the tests as reference VMSelección can construct a profile of the applicants.
Can I know the results of my evaluations?
All the information that VMSelección obtains from the candidates through application forms and tests, as well as the process used to select the candidates is ABSOLUTLY CONFIDENCIAL. It is not a public property in any form. The information obtained is used on the professional selection and will be revealed only for the client business, under strict norms of confidentiality.

Does VMSelección charge the candidate after hiring?
No. A contract with the client organization exemplifies that they assume the fees for the service provided by VMSelección. If you are a candidate there will be no fees allocated to you before, during or after the process of evaluating and hiring.
How do I apply to a job opening?
To apply for a job opening there are 3 options:
- You can apply directly through internet. Click in the link named “more information” under the page of “candidates”. You will find the link of “more information” next to every job opening listed on the web page. http://www.vmseleccion.com.
- Or you can personally go to the office of VMSelección, leave you curriculum vitae and complete the required evaluation process.
- If you are already part of our data base it is necessary that you update the information of your curriculum vitae, either doing it through our web page http://www.vmseleccion.com or visiting VMSelección offices.
How do I know which ones are the new job openings?
The new job openings will be published in VMSelección Nicaragua web page. http://www.vmseleccion.com. One you are in our web page you can find a listing of all the job openings under the “candidate” link.
If I get hire through your services can I still be nominated for another job?
If you were hired for your present job through the service provide by VMSelección you can not be nominated for a new job opening while you are an active employee of that company. Your information will still be stored in our data base. However you can not be nominated to a new opening until you have resigned or the company resigns from your services.
I have seen the same job opening for a while, why is that?
The reason that a job may be opened for a long time could be that the client business has not selected a candidate yet. This can produce some delays causing the job to remain open until the company reaches a decision.
If I turn down a position proposed by VMSelección can I still be nominated for other jobs?
Even if the candidate turns down a proposed job opportunity, he or she can still be nominated for other openings.
Can I be nominated for jobs outside the country?
Every candidate that belongs to our data base can be nominated for job opportunities inside or outside the country.
